eh... its not very original, kinda sounds like every other up-and-coming metal bands. The drummer sounds rather dull, the guitar is too quiet for metal, and the singer is completely missing, if he even is singin at all :/ So basically, you definately need a better mix.

I do like the video of Cliff Burton, who is one of my biggest influences on my bass playing skills.

Is it just me, or is it really hard to tell what's going on? The drummer needs to work on his tempo. The sloppiness will subside with time, both as you get better at your instruments and as you learn to read each player in the band.

Other than straight up practice, I can't really say the music itself is all that entertaining. Honestly, I don't like any of those songs. I'm sure better recording equipment could add tons of polish to it, but that still wouldn't cover up the tempo and timing issues.

I won't say you need to change your band around or anything. Just keep jamming and practicing. You'll be that cliche metal band soon enough. =D
