Help me come up with a creative way to let my band know that we suck.

and then come up with the best way for me to tell my band we suck, no longer have a bass player, and are wasting musical space.

EDIT: I listened to the videos when I went back to the page... the sound quality wasn't nearly as bad. Not my cup of tea, but it actually sounded listenable. I would give it a more thorough review if I knew that style of music, but since I don't, I'll just wish you luck.
