iPod Video Questionz

Hello everyone, does anybody know of any good sites where I can download full length movies, or just videos in general for Ipood

....also, what ****ing format does iPod recognise, apparently it's just MPG, and something else but I'm not sure
+ how would I go about converting these irregular formats

Help would be appreciated, and rep rewarded
I never knew how good video podcasts could be, but there ya go...

iTunes 6.0.2 can convert video files to the iTunes format, and if you want the video's just get a torrent,(edit: and convert the video with iTunes), the only place i knew that had video's has been shut down

Ah ok thanks for the info. I found a site actually, it seems be to legit, one more question, what format is the iPod format?
I assume that option is in preferences?

mp3 for audio, not sure about the video actually, google isn't helping me much either

mp4 mpeg 4 is video too.

and its used mainly for ipods and things. based on the quicktime format.
