The quality is really good, the guitar sounds a little drowned out at time, and the vocals sound really weird tbh. It sounds like theres some weird effect on them, and they sound like a cross between Axl Rose and Bon Jovi. But musically it's really great, although the guitar parts could fit in a little better.

That was pretty good, great song to cover. The vocal effect has to go, but the instrumental caught my ear.

I wish the vocal was different, and that the lead back guitar would restrain itself more.

Otherwise, production was good. One of my favorite all time songs, though I'm yet to hear a cover that comes close to Dylan's version. A good job all the same.

how would you change the vox? both the lead and vox are dummies still, til a week or two from now, when I expect it to be final. Read the thread about how the dylan movie showed up on my doorstep as I was mixing this same bloody song! They filmed yesterday, and I gave a copy to the director. I've had many nice kudos on the vox from pros and web peeps, so you have me curious as I agree they have spots and the doubling in the verses will be gone, harmonies already recorded not yet edited/mixed. But I also like the vox, bias noted.

thx for the comments.

I think it is a good mix, and the acoustic guitar is a 12-string? Or there are 2 guitar tracks?

But the singing was just not what I was expecting. Sure I know the Dylan version so perhaps anything would not be expected but it sounded like your old man was recording the singing (and maybe he was). Overall it's a well produced cover.

I really like the instrumentation, I liked the rythmn guitar and the lead guitar playing / tone. The singing was not too hot for me though; but a good cover nonetheless.
