The start got me pumping my fist in the air.

But, your song is ruined by the echo on the vocals.

The vocals would sound waaaaay better dry.

It's pretty decent stuff.

I didn't have a problem with the vocals or the echo on them, but it might sound better dry... I'm not sure. If I were to change anything about the recording I would probably bring out the guitars a little bit more, but then again I am a guitarist, and such inclinations are natural for me. How did you record this, anyway?

Every once and a while I was very impressed with your vocalist, but I wasn't too fond of the - I guess - chorus, where the singer says, "I WAS SO SCARED OF BEING ALONE BUT I AM I FEEL ALIVE WE WERE PREPARED TO LIVE THE DREAM THROUGH THE WORDS THAT I HAVE DESCRIBED!" It doesn't sound bad though.

The drumming had some boring moments and then there were times when it really interested me.

Keep up the good work, this is really pretty good for a first song. Check out my thread here, it's the one titled "Levi Must Die!"... the song is metal, sort-of, but it doesn't sound anything like you... I'd like to hear what you think, given your taste.

I agree with 'Aus_rock_god', the Reverb or whatever is on the vocals is definatelt taking away from it. But your singer has a damn good screaming voice!
