I've read a biut about them on TalkBass. Supposedly the basses are actually alright, though they ship with strings that aren't actually 7 string bass strings, so I'd buy a new pack just in case. Other than that, though, I can't really tell you much about them.

That just looks like a nicer version of a Galveston or somethng to that extent. I don't really know about quality, though.
There's a Conklin GT-7 for 500$ with 45$ shipping, though.

It only ships to the US, though, and I don't know if you live there or not.

I've actually heard quite poor reviews from them, but I haven't ever played one personally to compare.
The thing that throws me off is the ridiculous inlays. And the body shapes can get kind of ugly.
From what I've read they're alright for the price, but nothing special. It's more like a bass you would play if you just want a 7 to screw around with, or if you are considering a 7 but want to try one out before spending $1200+ on one.

There was a thread at talkbass about those basses, the guy also posted nice soundclips.

I hate the inlay. The body is ok though.

It inlays are kinda cool. The whole thing looks like he just took a Peavy Grind body style and changed the woods.

I'm not a fan of OTT inlays.
