i was thinking that about the zildjian, but imo that's the definition of what a splash is and i just couldn't get rid of it.

Maggot Dream

Yeah, I agree. I've tried it in almost every situation, and it still works damn well.

I thought that but then noticed its double chain?

pulses beginner pedals are double-chain. i was kinda surprised when i saw the double pedal for $70 and it had a double chain drive.

Nice cymbals. im meh on sabain but you must really like them. Seems like alot of people just have an ear for them. I dont quite have that ear. Impressive set!

LoneStarDrummer

do you like your pedal?

yes. quite a bit actually. sure the dw5000 and pearl elim. are better, but for a hundred bucks, now $79 on MF, you can't find a better pedal. i guarantee it.

i just spent about 45 minutes adjusting the spacing btwn the beaters and the tension and what not and never had a problem yet.

i do plan on replacing it later on, but i've used it for nearly 3 years now.

edit: it's a pulse.

Awesome cymbals!

Must have costed a fortune

yeah, but that's the only reason why i bother getting a summer job. well at least it's been the only reason the past two years.

now that i plan on transfering to a college that's nearly three times more expensive than the one i'm in now, i'm going to have to start saving for school next summer.
