what should i buy?

so i gots some money nd dont know what to buy so i thought id ask you guys for your professional advice. i got 4 options.
1)buy 2 chinas, 14" and 18" wuhans which with the cymbals stacker i wanna put em on, rounds out to around 115.
2) front section of a rack to get my toms off my bass. honestly im fine with stands, but i do wanna get toms off the bass
3) new snare. either black panther birdseye maple 14x6.5", or the limited edition tribal black panther 14x6.5"
4) make a set of octobans out of PVC pipe, parts and everything rounds out to around 200$

so what do you guys think? and why? and i dont want reasons like "get the chinas cuz theyr cheaper" money isnt really that big of a problem.

snare...if your current one is not good. You hit your snare all the time...hit something that sounds purdy.

either snare or chinas...which do youneed more? but if you go with the chinas make sure you've got enought stands so you get'em and are like "....now what?"

I think a snare is much more important that effects cymbals, but thats just mata tat talking.

Snare or cymbals, as was said, but if your snare sounds disgusting, Black Panther, but if your satisfied with it, and think youd actually usse two chinas, wuhans all the way. Which ever you get, post pics:thumb:
