Your 14? That's pretty impressive.

Your guitar playing is absolutely decent and your voice (when I can hear it) is pretty stellar. Your songwriting appears solid, at least. In short, I would like to say that you are doing very well, for any age.

That said, the recording didn't live up to the potential the material, in my opinion. I would have liked a cleaner, less distracting tone on the guitar. Do you have an acoustic? Anyway, you also should mix the vocals a little higher. It says that you drum a little bit, if you just add a simple beat or two behind this, I think that it would be improved at least marginally.

Hey, thanks! I'm glad you thought it was good...!

I'll try recording the same thing on my acoustic. Except I've just changed the strings and it sounds too bright for my liking for 'Fade Away' at least...

About the drums, I don't really have mixing software. So I don't know how I would add a drum beat. I'll try some sort of backing beat looping over though, and recording that with the guitar. Hmm.

Anyway. I'll check out your song.

Great voice! Although I couldn't hear it too well, I was extremely impressed with the clarity and control. If you actually are 14, keep singing and by the time you're 18, you'll be fantastic.
