I was just looking through ebay and came across hohner cymbals, and recognised the name, so was wondering if the cymbals are any good?

They're likely to be the same garbage as pearl and tama cymbals.

Hohner was the fore-runner company to sonor. Hohner make/made the worlds best accordions. These instruments were meticulously made to the highest standard. Too bad they didn't put the same pride into their cymbals :-/

Basically, not worth anything, terrible cymbals. Made by Sonor. When will the drum companies realize that they are terrible at making cymbals.

They won't. They don't care they still have people buying them for their price. Companies usually don't care about the product as long as they're making money.

Sounds like crap to me. Maybe the were just trying to make some more money by selling the name instead of the acual cymbals yah know? Because people might be like " Oh well Pearl makes great drums so I'm sure they make great cymbals too! "
Silly people.

Hohner isn't the forerunner to Sonor. Hohner owns Sonor. Sonor's been around for over 125 years, its one of the oldest drum companies.

Hohner has just expanded into the electric kazoo department. I'll be the first to buy.

I broke my leg again so have an even longer wait till the cast comes off. However, I am taking bookings for low-level gigs that won't require any practice to keep me with some reddies handy. Hooray for 15-minute guest artist slots! :chug:

nah those are high level and take a crapload of work to get and then a crap load of work in playing to that kind of standard. Mind you, Callea or Channel Seven were to again require my ability of sitting behind some instruments and looking pretty then I would do my best to oblidge, broken leg or not! :chug:
