Radiohead, Raggae Style. So the Easy Star All Stars team have released their cover of OK Computer, and it's a wicked fun listen, just for the sheer novelty of seeing what the've done to each of the songs:

I first read about it in the news section of Sputnik and heard the single on the radio today, and followed it up, and the've done a pretty good job of it. The cover of Electioneering is wicked as well. What'd y'all think?

It's better then the original, but still not that amazing.

I think it's absolutely sick.

Yeah, this is better than Dub Side of the Moon.

It's not better than the original.

Than the original OK Computer, or the first Easy Star record?

I'm not much of a fan, the renditions seem too straight. I was hoping for reinventions, not covers with the basics of reggae thrown in.

Its good for a listen, but I can't see myself buying this album and listening to it more than once

Thom Yorke should grow some dreads.

I've listened to a few songs and think it's pretty cool - just for fun, easy listening.

This is a really good cover album. Karma Police and Airbag are excellent.

I really liked the old-school ska take on "Let Down". Airbag was pretty cool, too.

Were these the same people that did Dub Side Of The Moon?

Yes. I personally think you should pick this up if you really enjoy Ok Computer, or at least download it if you haven't.

Hmmm, i'm not sure, it's pretty hit and miss.

I was actually really looking forward to seeing how this sounded, but Airbag sounds awful. Karma Police and Electioneering are mad good though.

This sounds like a really cool record. I just listened to some of the album and I gotta say that I really like their versions of Let Down and Electioneering.

Its great to hear the voice of the brilliant Horace Andy again on Airbag. Just reminded me how great he was great on them Massive Attack records.

I wonder what they'll try next? Bjork... maybe?

This stuff is great, something new to trip out to, dub side of the moon was getting old.

Eh, I thought some of their stuff was very hit and miss. Some songs are awesome (Karma Police) & some are just plain annoying (Airbag). Overall pretty fun thought, even for the novelty value.

Easy Star All Stars also did a great cover of the Dark Side of the Moon album.
