Their season has been amazing so far. Do you think they have a chance of making it to the World Series this year?

Yeah, they're so far ahead of the National League it's kind of sickening.

I think they'll lose in the World Series. There are a handful of AL teams who are just as good/better than the Mets on a regular basis (NYY, White Sox, A's, Twins, Tigers). And I definitely see one of those teams getting to the World Series. :)

I'll probably be rooting for them though.

i believe the mets are the odds on favorite to win the NL although pedro and glavine have been injured like crazy recently (which is awesome because i have both on my fantasy team). surprisingly, steve trachsel has solid record as a #3 or #4 starter. their lineup is just ridiculous. but as mentioned earlier, they probably don't stand a chance against an AL squad.
