John Cleese (also is in monty python) is pretty great, he was given some 2nd best comidean of all time award.

Anyway discuss this great British comedy.

My favourite bit is in 'gourmet night' (season 1), when Mr. Fawlty's car stops and he gets really annoyed, and shouts at it.

Ive seen about 2 hours of the series, and I don't think it has the same appeal as flying circus for me. I must have seen some bad episodes i suppose

Absolutely amazing show. The Gourmet Night episode is great. My favourite is probably the health inspector episode, though.

lol my dad made me watch this show with him once because a few years ago on new years eve there was a marathon of it on all night so we watched it.

The episode Communication Problems is pretty much the most stressful piece of television it's possible to watch. Not that that stops me watching it.

Legendary.

Best moments are giving the car a thrashing with a branch and the Hitler salute walk, and anything involving him hitting, slapping, kicking and generally beating up Manuel.

John Cleese made a list of 12 things about Hotel Management he hated, and an episode for each. So after 12 he nothing else to focus on, so thats why there are only 12.
