Just top or bottom?

I'm getting some new heads. I've still got the ones that came on the set. Should I change the bottom heads to. My new heads will be

Snare- Evans Hazy 300
Toms- Remo coated emp
Bass- Remo Powerstroke 3

I'm trying to save up for a bass guita, but I'll also be playing drums for my band. Is it worth investing in some clear ambs for the toms? Or should I keep saving for my bass instead?

Unless you guys are doing some heavy proffesional gigging and recording.
