The advanced users go in beginner, this section is for discussing advanced matters.
Google "prof sounds tuning bible"

This is the main reason the Advanced forum is littered with non-advanced topics.
The beginner forum has many Advanced regulars who stop by for the sole purpose of helping the beginners.

they should help you a little if you cant grasp it all from the tuning bible
another tip is when you even out the heads use a pencil end rubber to hit the head, it allows you to fucus on one part of the sound and therefore makes evening it all out easier.

if you go to www.youtube.com and search Drum tuning. There are some really good videos showing you how to obtain good tuning for each drum... I found it really helpfull. Also being a video you get too see and hear the outcomes... Maybe put Rock Drum Tuning, or Jazz Drum Tuning (Fusion Drum Tuning)

you've gotta put the http in or the server assumes its part of the section you are currently in.
