Because he gave up his dream of being as cool and talented as Chris K.

i'm tempted to buy it, run it through a miter saw, then ejaculate on the remains.

i'm tempted to try playing one of these to see what the hype is. I've seen videos of stu hamm playing one and the tone seemed very "meh."

Apparantly their selling point is that they're ergonomical, which makes them easier to play, especially for Hamm style shredding.

the controls seem way too complex. Active 1-3, passive 1-3, plus the eq and whatnot. I can get all the tones i'll ever need with a tone circuit and a balance knob.

yeah, from what i've heard, the tone sounds really cheesy.

If I bought one, I'd have to mod the pickups and tone circuit. There is no way that I could play a Kubicki in it's current state.

Yeah it looks damn ugly.
I'd try it out to see what the sound's like though.
I wouldn't wanna Ebay it

I'm selling it because I don't like the sound. Too jazzy.

spiral architect's dude played a fretless on their album . . . i thought it sounded pretty damn good . . . lots of crunch, punch, and thickness . . .
