it would appear all you did was just put the acapella rap track over the song, therefore not really doing anything

BillCoby---> yeah, that is wat i did with them. I like mashups alot...but i like mashups that stay within the element provided by the artist. sometimes simple is the best way to go and it works for these two. this is not to say that i will not explore/make others with more involved sampling. By keeping it simple the strengh of both artist exist. for example...one response to my Nas/Audioslave mix is that it made the person want to listen to more Nas. Same was said about by others about Audioslave. This if anything is the greates acomplisment of a mashup. Introducing people to a new sound/artist and expanding the type of music they listen too. The Grayalbum was a great and innovative in its own way. But Dangermouse used alot of traditional hip hop beats that left u without the full experience of the Beatles.
By the way...did u like them r did u hate them?
