ive attempted to sing that song way too many times..........
I can do it, but that note ends like the live one, with a "ooooooohYeahyeahyeahyeah!" on my band's version.
Bruce Bruce holds one note for about 36 seconds in Rock AM Ring 03. He has probably done longer as well, because it didn't seem like he was struggling at all with that note.
i'm sure he's held a note for around a minute once

Axl is an egoistic twat, but still a good singer. the early GNR stuff is best though.
on the holding notes thing, i can sing the running looooowwww part of HBTN (as in can hold the note) but my singing isn't the best, so the note i hold isn't exactly right. but i have the lung capacity to do it

I just saw a video of Bruce Dickinson singing All the young Dudes on VH1. I remember him going solo but I lost track of Maiden after the 7th son album. How long was Bruce solo?? Was he still on good terms with Maiden? I know they are back together I was just kind of shocked seeing that video with him and a different band.

Bruce will always be on good terms with maiden. His first two solo albus came out durring his time with maiden. Then he finnaly quit and made a few more solo albums, he then came back and while he was with maiden he made some more solo albums. HEs made about 6 ones, whic are all exllent.
MOst of his solo stuff is really top notch. IF you wantted to buy anything, you should buy a tyranny of souls, or chemical wedding, or just get tattooed millionair

And I REALLY need to see one of their shows before I die...
Damned right. Everyone eat **** and bow down to Maiden.
