ITT: Dungen

A Swedish band I'm very excited about. As you might have heard, their album "Ta Det Lugnt" has been pretty successful in the US, despite the singing in Swedish.

So yeah, I like them alot. Their sound is very 70's-ish, but at the same time very fresh and original. And for me personally the lyrics in Swedish, my first language, makes it even more exciting.

Any other fans around?

I'm a fan. 'Ta det lugnt' is a really good album, and i really like their psychedelica-sound. Swedish is my second language, and I look forward seeing them at malmö festival soon!
do they really have succes in the U.S?

Yeah, enkelin, they do. Pitchfork raved when the album came out - so their fan base jumped significantly. That's why most of us know them (maybe indirectly) and that's why they're in Guitar World.

I think they even played Conan (or one of those shows) a few months back.
