I See This Licks On Bass Guitar Magazine.how Will Memorizing This Licks Improve My Playing.

A lick is just a cool, but short melody/bass line. You can just throw them into you bass lines.

i would say a lick is basically like a riff, only shorter probably

what do you guys think

oh and you can let up shift/caps lock as well bro, ahha

Generally I think of riff as a lick that gets repeated over and over in a song.
WHY ISN'T THE CAPS FILTER WORKING?

Because he quoted something. The caps filter only works if the whole post is in CAPS LOCK!

All I can really tell you is play a lot. The longer you play, they easier it will become to tun your ideas into music.
And try turning off caps lock.:thumb:

yeah a lick is really a little run or fill, to run into the next bar say
and as for finding stuff on the fretboard, sing out loud the riff you have in your head, its far easier to find something when you have heard it aloud rather than trying to get it from soemthing in your head:thumb:
