Ive found some of these used online and was wondering about their quality.
Are they comparable or better then F3005's or Pro M's?

And Im having a dilemna, the finish isnt what I would choose at all, and Im not sure if this will impact how much I like the drums. Sonor has a couple amazing finishes for the 3005's, and the Indigo Blue Taye Studio Maples just dont compare in terms of finish.

Studio Maples are top of the line kits, definately better than 3005's or Pro M's.

imo, taye are better than starclassic, saturn, yamahas, ludwigs, gretsch.... hell even DW. the only thing i'd take over a taye would be a sonor SQ2...

Would you take a studio maple over a DW or a Taye Original over the DW?
Chippy your words of praise have sealed the deal, Im gonna try and check it out tonight.

taye is lesser known because of absent marketting... how many Taye ads you see in that MD? not too many.

i'd take both over a DW.
