So I just played through this game again, and I was wondering if you guys knew of any other games like this, like FPS/action RPG's.

Deus Ex is absolutly awesome, one of my favorite games.

Try Morrowind, thats a first person.

i just download Deus Ex, i've been wanting to play it for a long time. i think i'll go play it now

Great game, found it cheap so I got it to play on my break. Only thing I didn't like were the endings, they wern't epic enough for a game of this scale. And all the decisions you make throughout the game don't matter anyway, the endings are only dependant on what you do in the last 5-10 minutes.

But otherwise it was fun.

am i the only person who really couldnt get into deus ex? it just seemed so boring and ropey. threadstarter try system shock 2. play it in the dark. it will make a man of you.

I also found Deus Ex really boring also, very bad game engine, too slow for Xbox anyway

Oh yeah I forgot to mention the bad visuals, something wrong with the contrast or something.

The original is so much better than Invisible War, I don't think it's out for Xbox, but you could probably run it on your PC, the system requirements are really low, and the game is only like $10 at the store.

Why is it called Deus Ex? I don't think I ever heard it mentioned throughout the whole game. Or I probably did but just can't remember it.

Deus Ex Machina....old Greek Theatre phrase meaning "God from a Machine" So I figured that without Machina, it means "God."

Dues Ex was a wicked game. Very fun.
