Sun Tzu - The Art of War. Really good read. A lot of it is date, but still a lot of it is relevant to today's world. It deals a lot with specific battle strategies, most of which the info is still viable, and a lot of it deals with leadership; being a good commander, and just a good and intelligent person. Go read it. Now. :p
