i haven't heard a whole album but i've heard a couple songs. they sound better than the pop i hear now.

I LOVE Tears for Fears. Shout and Everybody Wants To Rule the World are some of my faves from the 80s.

Yeah. Always liked Head over Heels. There are infinitely better versions of Mad World out there, though, but credit where it is due. I love the lyrics in the chorus.

Check out the version of Mad World by The Red Paintings in the alt/indie listening party, it's very good.
