So I obtained a game on my computer...

Anyway, i used "setup" and everything installed and whatnot but now when I go to play it it says that I need to insert the CD-ROM or whatever, but of course I don't have the CD-ROM, therefore that's a problem. I tried mounting with Daemon tools but found nothing to mount...I'm probably low on information but if you have any help for me it'd be appreciated....also if there are questions about something that'd help you help me, I'll try answering them.

If you're talking about a torrented game, the way I do it is to mount the image file which is a bin file, cue file or iso file with alcohol 120%. That's much the same as daemon tools. If you have any of those files, then go to daemon tools and mount the image. Go to my computer and then 'Devices with removable storage'. Look for the virtual drive for the game. Click right/explore and look for a crack folder. If the game installed has CD1, CD2, etc, then the crack folder will be on CD1 so you'll need to mount the CD1 cue/bin/iso file.

I guess you "need" to get the "CD."

Each pirated game has different instructions for installation. Mounting something isn't always necessary. We really can't help unless you give us the link to the torrent(unless torrent links are banned. I don't know. I haven't been here in a while) or at least the name of the game. Usually torrents give you a "read me" txt file with instructions. Sometimes they come with ".nfo" files. Just incase you don't know, you open those ".nfo" files using notepad. I didn't know you could do that before so maybe you didn't either.

Still assuming you used a torrent, what other files where included other than a setup. Take a screenshot of the files if possible and post it.
