It's called screaming. Look it up. It's pretty cool. :smash:

There is no type. The cords come together and vibrate the air and you manipulate it with your throat, jaws, teeth, etc AFTER you make the vowel with your cords. Cords only make vowels and its that simple. I guarantee you you won't find much more helpful information out there when it comes to screaming. You need to practice good singing technique first. If you can't sing you probably can't scream, at least not a musically talented scream. If all else fails take a few lessons to learn the basics of breath control and tension release. Ive liked singing all my life and ive gone to a choir for a year now.
And Merkaba you have put up some great stuff here and your advices has really helped me develope my rasp, but know I want to take it a step further :P
