Game soundtracks for download

I'm getting into all the old Genesis Sonic games again, particularly the music. Is there some site(s) where you could just download songs from game OSTs, or even just high quality mp3 rips? I'm not looking for like VGmusic.com, but richer, fuller music files, that I can keep and treasure.

I tried SoulSeek already, and the guy I found had badly encoded stages of more than one guy. Plus they were just collections of mp3s, and not like an actual OST, which is what I'm looking for.

Google Galbadia Hotel, they have thousands of soundtracks. You can only download them track by track, and despite being part of FF Shrine, they don't have any FF soundtracks, but there's still more than anywhere else. There are torrents for a lost of them but they usually don't have many people seeding.
