How do you block you avater being uploaded on google image section???

Please help me guys!! I used somebody's picture as an avater in the past. Now, that my friend type in my name "pye phyo ko" in the image block. my past avater"somebody's picture" is being loaded. Google is a ****ing retard. it is searching everything.i have already changed my avater. this is causing alot o ftrouble. i have already changed it. However, the avater"somebody's pic" is loaded . ****!! i hate that from happening. all my friends are laughing about it. the problem is expanding each day and day. Can you guys help me how to delete that picture from google image ? ****!!!! i'm in the deepest ****ing trouble.i dun want that ****ing person being loaded under my ****ing name in the ****ing google image search>
