I don’t know that much about guitars. but i was wondering, if you took a stock squire and replaced the insides, would it make it any better, or would it still be a piece of crap.

Also would this be even possible and if it was about how much would it cost to replace all the insides??

Well, you could replace the pick ups with some nicer ones and you'll get a much better tone...I don't know what you mean exactly by the "insides". But yes, if you modify a Squier the right way, it will sound better than it does stock.

well is there way to make a squire sound like a high end strat. or is that impossible because of the way and materials its made of.

the woods will still be cheap and inferior to high end strats. a cheap strat will never be a high end one.

I've been playing some squiers recently, and they're doing better. I played a Jagmaster, and the neck feels exactly like the neck on my uncles 69 mustang. It sounds realy good to, even stock.
