great. the blast block is sweet. I had clear g2s on my toms before and the coated sound way better.

WOW, I don't understand. If I posted my kit I would get flamed for having the same set up as barker. You have the same set up, just not Zildjian Cymbals and REMO heads. Thats tooo confusing!!!! Nice buys any way!

Nice kit. How's your ride sound? I've never heard it but it's description sounds like something I'd be interested in.

because people on this forum don't wanna be made fun of so they try and fit in with everyone else...

i had that same setup one time and didn't get flamed...

It also could be because of you're username. I personally don't care. It's a really comfy setup.

Man that is the kit I want. Not the same finish but its so damn sexy! I remember you posted you kit in the " post your kit " thread. My next set is probably going to be a Pacific with a set-up similar to that. Not to copy yours, I already had that in mind, it's just seeing your kit makes me want to get it even more.

edit/what finish is that?

Wow, i really like your set-up!

Because your bass batter head has a patch for only one beater, does the sound change inbetween hits or is it un-noticeable?

how the hell is that a barker setup? its a standard small 4 peice setup with a timbale and a blast block added in there. also my cymbals are not ridiculously high like him. I hate the guy. people have a 4 peice nowadays and people call it a barker setup...wtf is up with that?

Nice kit. How's your ride sound? I've never heard it but it's description sounds like something I'd be interested in.

thanks. the ride is amazing. its actually very identical to the hand hammered raw bell dry ride only a bit warmer and more cut.

Is there any reason you took an amb over a ps3 instead of the other way round?

Just thought i would try it to see how it sounded. doesnt seem to be as punchy with the amb as a batter. plus i was hella lazy to switch it around. haha. i think ill leave the amb as my batter. i like it.

The finish is White Onyx. Very great drums for an intermediate level just to let you know. IDC if you copy my exact setup...whatever makes you comfortable while playin man then more power to you. Imo its great to have different setup ideas from other people...just to experiment with what you like a dislike from that setup and apply those to a newer setup.

and thanks for all the nice comments guys. :chug: its a fun set to play which is exactly what im going for. And i probably will pick up a cowbell in the near future...the DW gon bops one i have now is just a little bit to big for my liking...it woudl be an excellent foot pedal cowbell though.

I have the same kit ;).. G2s on the toms too :p.

Similar setups too, only I just recently switched to my 12" as the rack tom, but I had been using the 22-10-14 setup for a while, it's nice, I just wanted a deeper sound, and I found that the 10" tom doesn't sound as good when tuned that low.
