I just got a used washburn 7 string. Some guy had it custom made i guess, so there is no model name.

Anyway, the action is giving me a hard time. The bridge is really tricky to lower and there are 2 truss rods. Right now the action is about 3/8 of an inch at the 24th fret, but i still get a lot of buzzing when i fret the 5th-7th frets.

do i need to mess with the bridge more or with the truss rods? Any help would be very greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Tighten both truss rods about a quarter turn (never turn more than a quarter at one time without letting it first settle), then raise the saddles on the bridge. It should work.
