Anybody willing to share any tips on how I can easily modify/personify my combo amp and my bass...
Nothing to hard though, I'm not a really good technician, but I'm willing to try out stuff...
Since I visited this subforum and saw some of the works of people here, I just wanted to get started and give my equipment a more personal look...

take off the amp's grille and spray paint it. get a blank pickguard (if your bass has one) and put a simple design on it. i don't recommend painting the whole pickguard since it'll take away from the simplicity of the bass and have an area that's very busy compared to the whole thing. also, you can get replace the corner guards/screws on your amp with different colored ones. be creative.

edit: i just realized you're probably talking about the electronics and such. maybe change the pickups or add one/a few. changing the bridge to say, something like a Bada$$ bridge is what most people do (though i don't personally like that). maybe different colored hardware.

thank you, but I wasn't talking about electronics
I don't think I can do that, that I am a good technician for that stuff
I'm going to try out that stuff so thanks

And it may seem a stupid question but I just want to have more knowledge about a bass, and trust me I don't have much
but,
what si the bridge, what is it for?

the bridge is the bit your strings are held in place by (assuming it's not a bass where the strings go through the body). the bridge has saddles which you can use to adjust the action (height of the strings from the fretboard) and also the intonation (makes sure the notes are intune higher up the fretboard)
