The instructional DVD? :) Someone uploaded the entire thing to their server (some girl from MX aaaages ago) and I was one of the lucky ones to get it while it was up!

It's great :D He's pretty funny too!

Wouldn't dancing and moving around make it easier to groove? I find that the case. Having your entire body move with the music is an easy way to find the pocket and stay there.

It's a pity he's neither actually singing or playing in the video. You can tell pretty easily they're miming to a backing track, or the track has been dubbed in over the top. Still funkalicious though.
