My first MX song

So my brother had a recorder rented out for his band and I decided to try recording one of my songs on it. I know very little about recording, and couldn't really get it to sound the way I wanted, but it's something. Any comments or criticisms are welcome. www.soundclick.com/mikeerwood

Edit: So I just listened back to this and realised I really messed up the bass, and went out of time a couple times with the guitars. Hopefully it doesn't make it too unbearable...

The song was pretty well written and I liked it. Polish the recording and add some vocals and it could be very good.

Hmm i couldn't download it, it said "download hasn't been cleared yet." Any ideas?

I'm not too familiar with soundclick but I just put the mp3 up an hour or so ago. Maybe it takes a day or two for it to be cleared? I know you can listen to it streaming now.
