I passed this game off of a stupid Doom ripoff, but after seeing a new video of just the demo, i'm amazed. The story and features are both amazing. I'm definitely going to be getting this game. Discuss.

Yeah it really does. I passed it off as another average FPS until now. Fighting enemies on different planes while zipping through time portals is just awesome. And it comes with 2 MP maps. Unfortunately, I'm not paying to be a suscriber, and GS downloads are slow

Download probably was able to get the rights to distribute it this early along with GS but never advertised it. Most other sites should have the file by the time you wake up tomorrow.

I started my download at about 12:20 in the morning and it finished at at 6:15. I didn't sleep at all last night. The hum, light, and heat from PC was too much. It's amazing how my PC can literally raise the temperature in my room. I guess I'll see if it was worth it now.

Does anyone else think the first actual weapon you get is a hybrid of the machine gun from Quake 4 and the Shock Rifle from UT2007. Yes 2007, it looks different from the one in 2004.

Awesome game! Finished the demo. Wasn't too sure at first, gameplay seemed a bit bland, but once I got into it and started discovering nifty little things, I wanted more. Looking forward to the full game next month.

ok so it looks pretty nice. not as nice as doom3. the spirit thing might get good with good obstacles. the gravity things got very annoying with all the turning upsidedown. the enemies are cool. i like the (converted human?)ones that keep coming even if you shoot limbs or head off. the story is a bit strange, cherookee meets aliens? it might be pretty good though.

Singleplayer is awesome. Deffinently going to get this when it comes out.

Mutliplayer is deffinently fun for a fast paced deathmatch. I'm more of a CTF/objective based guy, but I enjoyed this more than Quake 4 multi.

So still no word on why Microsoft held back the 360 demo? Dammit, this is annoying. We can get Lost Planet practically a year ahead of time on the Marketplace, but we can't get a demo of Prey under a month of it's release?
