i was thinking about buying this but dont really know a lot about it..are the clamps that come with it..adjustable..and does anyone know if i will be able to fit at least 3 toms in the front portion or make it so that there are at least 3 toms in front of me? thanks for the info:thumb:

Should be. It only comes with leg clamps though. Toms wont fit in those. You need 3 PCX-100/200 clamps :)

racheted....a clamp that goes onto the rack, and can angle in as well

well at www.wwbw.com it said it comes with 4 of those one clamps for toms and stuff..and 2 of the clambs that attach to the top of the posts for cymbals
