Me and two friends have started a band and we played together for the first time today. We are called Sucrose.
I sing and play guitar, one friend plays the drums and the other member plays the bass.
We recorded Vision Valley by The Vines and Radiohead's Fake Plastic Trees.
Vision Valley just has the 3 of us playing guitar.
With Fake Plastic Trees the bassist didn't know the song very well, and he plays many wrong notes and disrupts the melody somewhat. But overall I think it isn't too bad as it was our first time practicing as a band.
I know my falsetto is rough on the Radiohead song, but I am getting better.
-I would be really grateful for any constructive criticism on my singing, and really the sound of the band on the whole.
Oh, when listening to the songs on myspace.com, put the volume bar up full, and put your speakers louder if you have too - sorry about that, I put the whole mix too quiet.
