View Full Version : Did anyone actually like the new Trophy Scars?

Well, after first listen, I completely agreed with everyone else that they sold out/got boring/whatever else you can say. However, I have been giving the cd a few more chances, and i think i really like it.

It's obviously not as good as Hospital Music, but I think its a step up from Goodnight Alchemy. I think what i really enjoy about it is how (aside from those painful rap moments) they branch out into new territory that they had not covered earlier.

Does anyone agree with me?

IMO its much more dynamic than thier older stuff. Always a good thing.

I agree with you that it grows. I hated it on first listen

But it hooks on so well after say, a few days worth of listens. You just have to persevere. The pointless interlude track things irritate me loads though. Alibi Alibis? wtf is going on there?
