3d design I put into the CNC (computer navigated cutting) machine.

Yeah it looks nice, lotta work to still be done, but don't worry! It's already messed up! The neck pocket is too big, and the pickup pockets are too small! Oh well.

why maple?[/QUOIt was either that, white ash or mahogany, and the place I went to didn't have big enough pieces of white ash, and the mahogany was crappy. That's one piece of maple. One piece of wood. I was aiming to make it out of one piece of wood, to see if it makes a big sound/sustain difference or not.

soo dougJI i guess u found a program that transferred ur drawing so u could cnc it?? or did you just find a place that could cnc it straight from solid works...

I did it on my school's cnc machine. I went from solidworks, to Rhino, *DWG autocad version converter* to ArtCam.

Biggest headache was the fact that I am using windows XP while my school uses windows 98, and all the programs are like, 10 years old.
