The Blackout

[Get Fighted]

Has anyone ever heard them? They are unsigned but plan to release a record this year. I saw them at GIAN and they sounded quite good so i decided to check them out. Very good band.

Also, I really, really didn't like them at GIAN. That was the first time I saw them as well, and I just thought they tried too hard to sound like cliche hardcore bands. They also whored out their Myspace inbetween every song as well, which made my disguist for them rise significantally. I could barely him them as well, it just sounded like a mess of sounds with screaming.

I might check out their Myspace if there is no other music to listen to. But right now, I'm enjoying Forgive Durden and then I'm going, so I'll listen tomorrow.

Fair enough, but you must admit they got the crowd going.

I didn't really see it to be honest. I know they have a pretty big fanbase, but I didn't see what the fuss was about. I suppose their style is pretty big now though.

This I like. I like the guitars, and for some reason the vocals work for me. I like how they kinda sing in rounds. Can't say I enjoy the screeching in some parts of it, but not bad. I need to check out more of 'em.
