Yeah it's probably the best you can buy for 30 bucks or less. If you're just starting out I suggest getting one in the key of C.

You'll find that learning is best done on a C harp. Learning to properly blow/draw and bend will be easiest on a C because the range isn't too high or low.

With Blues Harmonica, are standard harmonicas used in 2nd position or do they use chromatics?

I eman things like Led Zep's "When the levee breaks", or Canned heats "On the road again", for two easily familiar examples.
