can anybody show me some books that i can learn some good blues piano out of

Weird cuz I just devided to take up blues piano today as well. I dont have any books or anything but do have the scales that will make me happy for a while. What style do you play now?

Hal Leonard has books for everything so check into that. Usually includes videos as well so yea. Depends if you wanna learn improv or not. I see a couple on an average music site.

I don't know any books, but for scales, you should just learn the blues scale.

Try Hal Leonards "Blues Piano" by Mark Harrison & Ed Baker's "Blues Riffs for Piano". Both have CDs with them, Also David Bennett Cohen has a variety of book/cd packs or just straight DVD tuition on Blues Piano on the Homespun Tapes label.
