Has anyone here ever played/bought/heard about this amp? I'm considering buying it, but i would have to order it and buy it up front, which means i won't be able to try it out before i buy it. any comments are greatly appreciated

why do you need to buy up front? Why not go to a different store or somethin and try it. What if it's everythign u hate? lol.

And I must say I love this amp. I really want it. but im just not into 700$ combos. But the sound was perfect. Actually I was playing the solid state around 100 ish watt. And its unlike the other ampeg stuff I heard.

Yea that's a good idea in theory, but jackson MS hasn't been blessed with many good music stores... none of the stores have them in stock, and in order to get them you have to pay a "half now, half later" policy...

Ouch. you tried doing a trip to a different store up country or something lol. i done that, and im goin to London soon to have a look around Bass Centre ( for those who dont know im in north Devon, london is like 300 miles away lol)
