This is some newer material I've written for my recently born and recently deceased band My Friend the Artery. I chose to enter two songs at once seeing as though they are so short.

UNAWARE

Breathtaking
You're smiling
Dancing around
And through meadows
You're unaware
Of the wolf nearby
He's following closely
Watching
Where you start to stumble
And stop being lively
Just one more step
And he's got you
You're devastated
Choking on oxygen
Abundant oxygen
Lost its way to the brain
He's on top of you
Tearing at hands
Trying to stop him

INSPIRED BY SAW II

Breathe in
Scents of blue and red
The moment has gone
Onto the next
Realization
You're buying means
To get maimed
The world revolves without you
Curtains open
The scene is set
Smiling across your face
Are your friends
Sheer terror
And awestruck
As you are well aware
I'll tear the flesh
From your bones

I like em.

Good Grindish style lyrics.

You know what, it flows really well. Your imagery was fairly solid, but to me, it seems like its part of the same song. This is probably because the structure of boths songs is almost identical. So is the theme, actually. You could make one out of two here, if you so pleased.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I got stuck in a phase where I write stuff like this. It's basically me, trying to say the cleverest things I can say in the least amount of words. I think I'm going to start writing like this (http://sputnikmusic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=472315) again.
