I really want to start playing harmonica because it looks fun and its much easier to take around than a guitar. few questions...: Plz Help
1. Which is best for me to get (price, skill level) Diatonic or chromatic?
2. I have this instructional book that is trying to teach me chords and stuff which are written in 3 paired numbers. Should I follow this book or are there websites that are a lot better?
3.I read something about key. If I was to by a harmonica, what key is most common/ the best? Haha I guess. I plan to play blues and stuff like that.

The best key to learn on would be a C

c is extremly easy to play, its a good one to start on, my hohner blues harp sounds great but some of the notes crapped out rather quickly. i would suggest either a lee oskar or a hohner marine band.

Diatonic, I would recommend Hohner Old Standby for 10$
It really doesn't matter which key you start on. G is the lowest they go in pitch, whereas F is the highest. If you want to do blues, A is a really common key (guitarists play blues in E alot, and the blues harmonica is played a 5th down), but they higher ones are easier to learn the blues on because they bend more easily, so it's up to you

my advice: learn how to play one note at a time, then read some tabs until you have a good idea of where all the notes are. I've been playing for about a year and would highly recommend it.
