I posted this in the Audio arena too, but figured it would get more attention here. Let me know what you think, it's just a demo of my new song, got a lot of things I need to work out, but advice and suggestions would be helpful.....

It was alright. A little repeatative. I'm not a fan of your distortion tone at all though...too piercing for my tastes. Sounds like too much treble and gain. Solo was pretty cool, but again, I wasn't a fan of the tone.

I liked the way the clean parts sounded. Very crisp.

Overall 8/10.

Yea, I also play in a Melodic Death Metal band, and used the same distortion on this song that I do in the band, so it is a little overkill for this style of music....I'm going to have invest in a more moderate distortion pedal one of these days :lol:
