Gomez - How We Operate

Well, I'm just putting the finishing touches on a review I'm writing for the new Gomez album (I won't post it here - I have a 200 word limit) but wanted to say that I really enjoyed it - its a little more (dare I say it) "mainstream" or accessible than their last couple of releases. Personally, I like it almost as much as I like second album, Liquid Skin. (I think How We Operate comes out on May 29 here in New Zealand).

ITT: Discuss Gomez, and your thoughts on the new album (if you've heard it).

Haven't heard the new album, but I really enjoy the single. Gomez are a really solid band, I dig 'em.

I had a similar experience except the band was Cradle of Filth and she was a hideous beast.

Edit: Also, I couldn't care less where she is.
