I was flipping through this book, and found this one exersize i really liked and thought i'd share with you. It goes like this:
3|/3\/3\3e+a|
4|xxxxxxxxxx|
-|R-----Rlrr|
-|L-----Lrll|
or
Triplet Triplet Paradiddle. This exersize really helps with keeping your triplets and sixteenth notes even. Just thought i'd share this with you all.

Excellent! Kind of like the 3 + paradiddle. YOu can find that int he hybrids section of my site, www.josiahmicheletti.com
I'd say this is kinda like a 6 + paradiddle? Maybe if you made the 6 sticking like RRRLLL or RRRLLR.. oh that one reverses the sticking for you. Nice... good stuff.

So i was flipping through the book and i misread the triplets. its actually a sixtuplet, or is it sextuplet? whatever 2 groups of triplets are under one beat. but i like both versions of the exersize.

I don't really get it, is it two groups of three and a slightly faster group of four? Where do the accents go? Across the pattern with the three or accross the timing with the four? Perhaps you could think of a better way to tab it?

what it is, is a sextuplet(1pl+pl) then 16th notes (1e+a).
Pl is pu-let like tri-pu-let. So its 6 faster notes(triplet feel) and 4 slower 16th not feel. Or you can get a little easier and go with the 1pl-2pl-3e+a.
No accents either

So you play groups of four notes across what is essentially ten notes? Therefore you play four bars before it cycles again?
I don't know about no accents, try every third note :D.
