[Drum Monkey]

I've made a list of the gear I plan to buy to complete my kit. I plan to buy everything in this list within a couple of years, it is not a wish list! I'll probably be getting it in chronological order, 16" tom first, percussion stuff last, but things can change...

Here it is:

-Metronome (forgot to add this, thanks to Snarz I remembered!)
-New throne
-14x16" tom (to match my Sonor Force 3005 kit in Red Maple)
-Double bass pedal
-16x18" floor tom (3005)
-Crash to replace my AA Metal-X
-Ride to replace my B8
-New splash to add to my kit

-Percussion items (Jam blocks, cowbell, Blast blocks, Agogo bells, etc.)

There is a rough idea of how things will go, I'm really excited to start getting everything, I just need to wait for some paychecks :lol: I also plan on building an octoban somewhere along that list, not sure where though, I'll see :p

You also reminded me a bell is another thing I forgot to add to my list... I've heard that the Ice Bell is very ringy and it has too much sustance, any opinions? 12" really is big for a bell :smash:

Depends on where you are.

Here, you get a permit at 15 and 7 months, and your license at 16.

Most people don't of course, but it's possible.

I recently ordered 2 overhead drum mics, Joemeek JM27s, and ordered a firebox to record, i play bass and guitar.

I hope to refinish my drumset over the summer.
I could use another crash
Im thinknig something like an 18" AA medium crash, unless i feel like dishing out money for a 17 or 18" paiste full crash, which i doubt

eventually i want to switch my ride (20" AAX stage right now) to maybe a 21" AA Raw Bell Dry Ride cuz theyr sexy.

I would be extremely satisfied with that. Some time in there i would probably get a bass mic and then an SM57 for the snare.

I'm pretty sure you can take your written test anytime, but to take your driving test or get your driver's licence you have to be 16 years old. The latter is what I was reffering to, because you can't legally drive here until you are 16 and have a licence.
