hello, im 17 from hamilton, i've been playing guitar for 3 years and try to sing, my favorite bands are radiohead/tool/system of a down/queens of the stone age but they have nothing to do with my music

i like experimenting with music and i know one day if my wish comes true i will full fill my dream of being in a creativly successfull band and take the music to another level, i like mind altering substances (in the song writting process)

im not yet close to reaching my musical potential but i do feel that i wish i had a sweet bass player and a rad drummer to come up with some nice music

here is a song of mine

Well... all I can say is good luck. And also, I'd suggest getting a stereo jack to 1/4 inch converter and recording through your sound card. Provided you set the sounds on your pedal up correctly, it can sound sweeeet.

That song is actually pretty good. The vocals need some work, and the song sounds like it could be arranged better, but I really like it. Isn't there a music scene where you live? I'm sure you could find good musicians with stuff like that.

i'm not into the music scene here, i find it pretty untalanted (not saying i am) and mostly an emo gimmick, they play for no reason other than playing, while i would want to achieve something deeper than most

its my buisness looking for bandmates (its not looking good so far), i was just asking u guys if you would join me and what do you think?

i've been in 2 other bands but there was creative struggle and we weren't going no where

Yeah I would join, but I live in the middle of nowhere. The music scene here in Nebraska is polarized for the most part, lots of generic hardcore/punk bands and then Dashboard Confessional type stuff. It really sucks.

Good luck on your search. :)

Unless you play jazz and/or blues, I would not join a band with you. That's just my though. I can't listen to the songs because of dial-up.

Good luck, I wouldn't join a band with you based off your recordings but I'm sure someone will
